Reviewing: Berkley Fiction Watchers By Dean Koontz
Purchased at: Wal Mart     Price: $5.97 USD

My mom has been after me to find a genre/author I like for many years as she feels that reading is so important, and I finally found it last year!My number one author is Dean Koontz. He writes a sort of horror/suspense type book that I can't put down once I begin reading. This book, Watchers, was no disappointment. Koontz did an amazing job at living up to my expectations. This book was originally published in the late 80s, but was republished in 2003.You can not tell from reading it that the storylines are nearly that old. It could have happened today.

The book is about a government laboratory test gone wrong. From their experiments comes a dog and a monster - both genetically altered in amazing ways, and both get loose from the laboratory. I don't want to reveal too much as that would ruin the story, but I can guarantee you'll be so involved in this book that you'll read it from cover to cover and be out on the look for other Dean Koontz books.
