Way Below My Expectations.

Purchased at: Redbox Rental     Price: $1.09 USD

Wow, this movie could have been really good, but unfortunately it wasn't. I rented this last night from my local redbox and I wanted my dollar back. The whole storyline was kind of confusing and not really detailed. The acting was okay but not great. I also read on imdb.com that Vin Diesel backed out of playing the lead in Hitman for this movie. That was not a good career move, Hitman was a hundred times better than this movie. The movie is about a guy named Toorop (who I honestly thought was named Tulip until I checked at imdb) who is hired/forced into smuggling a young girl and her keeper to New York. As soon as he picks up the girl trouble follows. The girl also has a unique gift of just "knowing things". Obviously this is futuristic which was one cool element of the movie. Some of the technology was also cool. The storyline just did not flow right and left you guessing as to what was going on. My sister hated this movie, while I did not absolutely hate it, I thought it could have been so much better. The audio was also kind of gravely and sometimes I was not sure what they said. Like I mentioned, I thought the lead characters name was Tulip throughout the entire movie not Toorop. Honestly I say skip this one.
