WebChat script written in Perl

this is a chat programme written in perl langguage working on unix platform.

it uses perldbm as database.

this chat has loads of commands. eg .. kick,ban,suspend,deop,color,null and etc.have multi-level ranking and auto-refresh interface.

you can for your own committee or staff to manage your chat.

its something similar to alamak chat.
