Weber Q300 Makes Grilling Easy! By Alice on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Whenever we go up to visit my brother up at his weekend hideaway on Hess Lake we barbeque on the grill. This is one he purchased last year and just loves. The Weber Q300 is compact and easy to store in his shed when they go back into town during the week. Every weekend it comes out of hiding and it is cooking up a storm just like the large Weber grills.

The grill came in 2 parts, the stationary cart which comes with a hose and regulator for a refillable 20lb tank of LP gas. The cast aluminum body has 393 sq.in. of cooking space and two porcelain-enameled cast-iron cooking grates with removable drip trays. The push button ignition makes easy work of starting up the grill.

There are 2 stainless steel burners which he can used for direct and indirect heating. Two removable folding work tables are great to hold the food we girls bring out for the guys to cook and there are even slots to hold manly cooking utinsels.

My husband was really impressed with this grill and although we have a huge Weber grill in our backyard, now that it's just the two of us he said this Weber model will be a great replacement when the time comes.

The dimensions when I opened the the lid were 55.5" high, the width was 36.5" and only 22" deep. We probably wouldn't have considered this model if we hadn't been able to see it in action and cook on it with my brother. If my husband likes it, that says a lot!
