I came to find out about Webkinz on an online ebay forum some time back. All the parents were talking crazily about this new addiction called Webkinz. they were not only buying them for their children, but also for themelves! Webkinz is a stuffed animal which his pretty simple enough, but beofre you think it is just another Beanie Baby craze you must be informed that these little cuties are by far more than a Beanie Baby knock off. Each one comes with a tag that contains a unique code inside. By visiting the Webkin website and entering the code to adopt the animal you just brough home you open up a world of fun for your children as well as yourself. From the website you care for your Webkinz by feeding, bathing and various other activites as well as play tons of great games to earn KinzCash. KinzCash is then used to buy new onjects for your Webkinz like clothing, food or decorations for their virtual room. This neat little website even comes with a messenger system so that you can stay in touch with other Webkinz lovers. I highly recommend that if you have looked at those little creatures on the store shelves time after time in wonder that you purchase at least one to take home and adopt. Most likely you will end up with a whole lote more then one once you have seen how fun they can be.

These are really cute but I am kinda glad that my kids have not gotten into these. We already have more beenie babies than I care to mention.

I have seen a few of these at a friends house. She collects them for her daughter. I really like the concept and that each one has it's own code so that you can adopt. Very cute gift idea!
