My daughter has recently discovered the world of Webkinz. They are stuffed animals that also come with a sealed code on the tag that you can enter online at the Webkinz site. You can then play with your animal in the virtual Webkinz world. So far she has gotten a husky, a chiuahua and a black stallion. There is a fairly large selection of animals to choose from and I'm sure more will be added. So you get on the Webkinz site and enter your code and you get to play with your pet, create rooms and visit with other friends as long as you know their username and add them to your friends list. There are also games to play. I feel like it's a safe site for kids to be on because of the safety precautions they have put on it (only playing with people that you have signed up to be on your list of friends. My daughter loves these and I only wish I had thought of the idea first!
