Kids are crazy about Webkinz's! My daughter loves all of hers and spends a lot of time playing with them both online and off. Since we have a Golden Lab it only made sense to pick her up the Golden Lab Webkinz as soon as it came out.

The Yellow Lab is really adorable (just check out the picture) and is really soft. Like all Webkinz, it has a W on it's little paw, his back right one actually. He also comes with a personal code which unlocks his unique information online. There the owner can name their pet and build a virtual world around them. They can also play games, win prizes and all in all have a blast!

One great think about the Webkinz is that the child can not only play with them online but off line as well. We can leave the house without taking at least one my daughter's Webkinz's in tote! She named her Yellow Lake Jake Baby after our Lab, Jake. He is super soft and cuddly and a great toy!

Note: If you are unfamiliar with Webkinz they are soft, adorable animals that all come with a secret code. This code is used online to create a whole life for their pet. First off they choose if they want their pet to be a boy or girl, give it a name and then create a room for them. They can then get online to care for and play with their pets. There are fun games and activities: a wonderful place for the child, Webkinz pet and parent. As a parent, you can use the site to help teach responsibility, as they need to understand when their pet is hungry, needs to go for a walk etc. and then deal with it. And, the parents know the site is safe, which is something we all need to think about. But, the most exciting thing about the Webkinz pets is they can also be played with off-line which is a very good thing!
