Weigh Down was given to me in the sample packet. It is chocolate in flavor. It is a scientific approach to weight control. It allows you to build muscle while shedding fat! It contains, milk, eggs, soy from the cocoa plant and psyllium seed. You can learn more about this product at www.lewis-labs.com . It is gluten and trans fat free. I really like the taste of this product. So many of the diet drinks are just terrible to taste. I was looking for a more healthy diet drink and one that would not cause any side effects. I cannot give a long term result yet. I am going to see how this product works through the summer. I can say that I do like what I know so far. I am interested in seeing how much weight loss occurs over the next few months. I am pleased so far, and will be comparing results and researching more into diet drinks. I do like the fact that it does help you build muscle while loosing the fat. I am not sure how many of the other diet drinks can offer this benefit.
