Weight Scale By shelly on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
I bought a Taylor Body Fat Analyzer scale about two years ago. This cost me about 50.00 at a Target Store. I had priced around before I bought it here and it was a competitive price. This was about a middle range scale compared to the other ones they had. There were cheaper ones and there were more expensive ones. I have my scale in the bathroom because you are suppossed to keep them on a hard flat surface and I figure it was the best place to weigh myself when I first wake up. On this particular scale if you bump it you have to step on and off of it repeatedly in order to "seat the mechanism" or it wont weigh you or measure your body fat accurately. It is suppossed to be easy to measure your body fat but its not. I think I paid to much for this scale to have to go through that much just to get an accurate reading. In my opinion it really isnt worth it.

Thanks for the heads up. I have also found with this that bumping it forces you to get off the scale, wait a minute, before you can get back on again. What a hassle when you want a quick weigh in!
Liked the pros and cons you gave on this scale
I agree! Can't we just jump on a scale and have it give us the results?
I don't think I want to know my body fat count....LOL!!! Thanks for letting us know about the downfalls to this scale.
We bought something that sounds similar to this through Avon but we like it. Well, I dont like ANY scales but I like all that it does,LOL.
My scales sounds finky like yours. you move just a touch and it says Error and you have to start over. So annoying cause it might be 3 or 4 tries before it will give you the weight.
