Weight Watchers
By Carly onI was reluctant to try weight watchers at first. However, I can honestly say it is one of the best things I have done for myself. Weight watchers is a program that is centered around going to weekly meetings. They focus on two programs- the core plan or the flex plan. I decided to try out the flex plan for my first try, but the leaders encourage you to try both and decide what you prefer. I fell in love with the flex plan on weight watchers because its basis is to teach you how to eat, not what to eat. On weight watchers, all foods have a points value. You have the freedom to eat whichever foods you choose, as long as you keep in the range of your daily points values. The weekly meetings seemed daunting to me at first, but they have become a valuable support group that i look forward to going to every day. I have been on weight watchers for a month and have already lost 10 pounds in a very easy, healthy way!! I highly recommend weight watchers to anyone who is looking to make a permanant healthy change in their lives

Have been to weight watchers and did well, now i need to go back.
I think weight watchers really works if you are dedicated. I was on it for a while , but as soon as I got it, I gained my wight back. Its all about the will power.
