I have been participating in the On-line Weight Watchers program for 6 weeks now. I have lost 8 pounds so far out of the 15-20 I would like to lose. I like this program a lot and find it very easy to follow. THe food is real food, not prepackaged diet plan food. I feel that the Weight Watchers program is a "real life" approach to weight loss. It teaches accountability, how to make smart food choices and allows you to indulge as well. It is so easy to follow and I find it kind of fun to manage points and menu plan as well. IT is a healthy way to lose weight, generally allowing you to lose 1-3 pounds per week. The online website is filled with great recipes with points values included, teached portion control, has a chat room for support as well as success stories.

I had no idea WW had an online program now. The thing I hated before was having to drive all the way across town for the weigh-in and the meetings. I had success with WW the last time so I'd be willing to try it again.
