At the gym, I always prefer to use this set of dumbells as compared to the many other sets availab;e there.

Pros: The dumbells are covered with plastic which gives me a better grip and also less sound when I put them back on the base. It is indeed a very complete set with a good weight variety, ranging from 5 pounds to 50 pounds and only takes up a space of two feet by three feet!! They are made of very sturdy and high quality materials which are good enough to last us for our lifelong use. The dumbells are ergonomically designed to fit very comfortably into our hands and also on our shoulders for leg workout.

Cons: First it is too pricey for me to own one. Then if we need more than 100 pounds( for those body builders) then those dumbells are definitely out. They do look a bit bigger than other dumbells of the same weight.
