This camera came with another web camera that my sister got as a gift., which probably explains the quality of the product. NOT GOOD.
It does the job of a web cam, but it doesn't do it very well. The image quality is blurry, but you can at least tell what's what in a video. It has an awkward way of mounting onto the computer; it's best suited for a laptop, but most laptops already come with a web cam, so that seems pointless. The neck moves pretty easily, it reminds me of a ball and socket joint which means it can turn in almost any direction and face any which way you want.
It comes with a software, but if I recall, it doesn't automatically ask you to download it. In fact, I think I remember having to go online and finding the software.
Really, I don't bother using the camera. It sits on my desktop and collects dust. Not something worth your while, if you ask me.

you can do some pretty cool stuff with a webcam. Google for "CamSpace" :)
I too have received this webcam as a gift and got disappointed by its poor quality and performance .you cannot see the images clearly at last I replaced it with logitec and happy that I did the right thing.
I don't see a point in having a webcam either but from the sounds of it this isn't even that good.. at least it was a gift. good review!
