I got my Werner 6 foot Fiberglass Medium Duty / Commercial Use Ladder a few years ago at Lowe's. This is a good ladder for any homewoner. It has a 225 pound limit on it and it is a type 2 duty rating. It has a place on the top of it with holes to hang your screwdrivers and tools and anything you might be using to do your job. It also has a spot to attach your paint tray when you are doing a painting job. It is sturdy and stable and reliable. We mostly use it around our house for painting and hanging Christmas lights on the house and things like that. I have never had any problems with this ladder and it has always done it's job for me, so I would recommend it for anyone looking for a medium duty ladder to use around the house or on the job.
