My old coffee pot had seen better days and my husband purchased the West End 3-in-1 Coffee Center for me as a gift. Let me just say I love it! I am an avid coffee drinker and espresso drinker and have been since childhood. I have owned a few different standard coffee pots, I have used a few different espresso makers. This one blows them out of the water. It is easy to use, the directions are uncomplicated. I love the up to 4 hour warming feature for keeping the coffee warm! My only two complaints is that there is not a warming feature for the espresso side and that the lid on the coffee carafe does not come off, it is hinged. Making it a little more complicated when puttin gin the dish washer.
