West Bend Egg Cooker By cnt24 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

In our house we love to entertain. Part of entertaining involves serving food. One appetizer I love to serve is deviled eggs. This review is going to boast my old reliable West Bend Egg Cooker.

I inherited the cooker from my grandmother. I don't know where it was purchased but I know now that they are widely available in newer models. I know because I looked into replacing my unit; as it's starting to look a little worn, but it works like a champ. I thought I'd go with West Bend since my unit was functioning perfectly and it was old as dirt, not really but it is pretty old.

What I'm getting at here is the quality, durability, excellence in service is all there. I have never been failed by it and I always get perfect results. The eggs are cooked to perfection with steam. When they are done the unit shuts off automatically. I don't have to boil water, mess with timers, or hassle with broken eggs.

Have I replaced the unit? No, it still works. I decided, "why fix something that ain't broke." Plus the new model only cooks 7 eggs, mine cooks 8. But I know the brand to buy when I need to--West Bend.
