When I think back of Westminster, I can only tell you that you won't like it here. You won't like to travel here or live here for many reasons. It's one of the worst city in California due to high crime, bad neighbors and police harrassment.
The crime rate is too high. The police will stop every single person if they could. If you're in this city you'll be stopped by the police at least one or twice a day. You will really love it when they give you a ticket because you're from outer state and don't know the rules in this city. They give you a ticket for almost every single thing they can find.
The city is old and clutter. There's nothing nice here. You can drive all the way to Huntington Beach, but that's one nice portal from this city. The city should be a good place but people just ruin it.
