I have been recording vocals for 2 years now, and out of all the microphone that I used to record vocals on I have would say that this microphone sounds the best on low male. When I first got this microphone I was so impress how fast it was shipped and delivered to me, it was delivered to me just five days prior of it's purchase, and they boxed it nicely.
I use this microphone with the Edriol UA-25 audio interface and I get real good sound for it.This microphone is not bright at all it gives the perfect balance of sound, this microphone has that special warm sound also which makes its worth every penny. Not only that the Neumann TLM 103 has only 7 db self noise, I mean this microphone is so silent that I sometimes for get that it is on.
If anybody is looking for a microphone to record singing/rapping vocals on or need to get a microphone to broadcast on I would definitly recommmend the Neumann TLM 103 Microphone 100%.

Well there are cheaper studio condenser mics like the MXL brand but they don't sound good as the Neumann brand mics.
when i used to work in a radio network, i was not able to verify the brand they are using but yours looks great :)
=\ this thing must be amazing.. but at $999? geez. i can't shell out that kind of money.
