What I'm Chomping On

This is the gum I'm currently chewing. It is sugar-free. 2 pieces chewed equals 5 calories and 2 grams of carbohydrates. It's one of those whitening gums. Although I am not entirely sure how well it whitens, I tend to think of it as a very subtle, sort of culmulative effect. It is printed on the front that it is proven to remove stains and whiten teeth. They proved this via an 8 week clinical test. I really like the flavor I have this in, Spearmint. It's sweet and intensely minty. Even the gum looks fresh with its white pieces covered in little green, sparkly bits. I love the consistency of this gum. It's the type where you have to chew and chew it before it gets soft. It has that hard, outer shell that crunches when you bite into it. I love that feeling when your teeth go through it and you can really hear it too. I find the flavor to be long lasting. It comes in other flavors like: Peppermint, Bubblemint, Wintermint and Melon Breeze.
