What Time Is It? By Sparkle333 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

On our recent vacation, we were very surprised, that the beach house we stayed in didn't have an alarm clock. I'm one of those people who seems to wake up quite a few times during the night, and I always check the clock to see what time it is. I was miserable without a clock in my bedroom.

So when I was shopping at Tuesday Morning, I saw a Westclox digital alarm clock that caught my eye. It was an attractive rose color, and I couldn't believe that it only cost $4.99. It can be plugged in, and it also has a battery back-up. It requires a 9 volt battery, which was not included. It has a 6" red LED display. It also has a snooze feature, where it will awaken you in 9 minute intervals.

Since it is a compact size, I have decided to use this digital alarm clock exclusively for traveling. I will keep it with my packing supplies that I always take on trips. Most hotels do have an alarm clock these days, but sometimes when you rent private houses, they don't always have one, so I'd rather be safe than sorry.

I like this clock very much, and I had no idea that good alarm clocks could be purchased for such a reasonable price.
