By allie63078 onLori Wick has become one of my favorite Christian romance authors.I have every single one of her books and I have read this book at least 4 or 5 times.Whatever Tomorrow Brings is book 1 in a series of 4 books called The Californians.This book is set in San Francisco back in the 1800's.It is about a family who moves from Hawaii so that the mom can see a doctor about an illness that shortly after moving causes her death.While the father returns to Hawaii to continue his ministry there, his children end up moving to a town called Santa Rosa, where the oldest girl becomes the town's school teacher & ends up falling in love with a local store owner.
Not only is this book a wonderful christian romance, but it is also a wonderful testimony to God's amazing love for us and how if we trust him, he will always provide our needs.It truly helps you see that whatever tomorrow brings, God will be there for you.
I love Christian romance books, but have not read this particular book. My favorites are the historical romance novels. Although, I have not read many books by Lori Wick, I believe she is a great writer. Now, I want to read the book "Whatever Tomorrow Brings" and all of the books in the series.
This sounds great. I always love a good read. I am a book fanatic. I usually run through 4 books in a couple of weeks. The next time I need to get new books, this will be on my list.
