Death touches us all sooner or later. How do we explain to our children! This book helps us answer questions that small ones might have.
The book is about a little girl named Katie,who has just lost her great-grandma. With many questions ,Katie tries to understand death and why her lost hurts so much. Katie's mom talks to her about this difficult topic with uplifting answers,and tries to teach Katie how to stay close to one another and find peace.
We have experience the lost of a young teenager,in a tragic car crash and this book helped to get the young ones through that time.With their many questions and sometimes funny statements we tried to make sense ofour lost.They always say Autumn is watching over us.How true!

I've found this little book to be helpful for others in the past. Maria created a work of touching sensitivity Mary.
I could have used this back in February to help my son with my grandmother's passing... it's so hard to understand when you are little.
I will have to purchase this book when the time is appropriate. Thank you.
