The Great Hunt is the second book in the 12 book epic fantasy series, the Wheel of Time. It is written by Robert Jordan, who, for me, is one of the greatest fantasy writers ever. This book consists of 50 chapters, around 700 pages of well written work. Rand Al' Thor, Perrin Aybara, and Mat Cauthon continue their journey to recover the Horn of Valere, which was stolen by Padan Fain during an attack of Trollocs and Myrdraal. The Horn of Valere is said to be able to summon the great heroes of legend, and the heroes will fight for whoever bears the Horn.

Nynaeve and Egwene are well on their way to becoming Aes Sedai of the White Tower, the only people who stand up against the Dark One.

I totally enjoyed this book. It has such depth and style that it captivated me. Overall, this book is a must have. For the small price, you can have this great book and you won't regret reading it!
