Where have I Been In the Past 10 Years
By Brandy Norton onIbought some space bags afew months ago, to put my (what seems like) millions of clothes in.I saw the space bags in the store and thought, they must work, because they have been around forever. There is medium, large, extra large, and jumbo.I decided to get the combo set. It contains 2 large, 1 jumbo plue 1 e-z load bag.
First thing I noticed was that the plastic pieces that zips the bags, would come off eazy. They would come off the ends when I was putting to stuff in.Then it would take five minutes just to get them back on.
When I finally got the clothes in there, I thought it was great. It looked pretty cool to see how much something can shrink.
Then a few days later, I'm looking around and see that my bags are going back to normal size. Three out of the four had a slow leak.So as far as I am concerned they are a waste of money, Do Not Buy.

wow. and I was considering getting one of these. Now I'll look at other brands, thanks!
Oh my gosh-these started leaking?! I am surprised about that & we were thinking about getting a few of these-I think I will politely pass on them!
Wow I was wanting these and could not find them. Instead I got the big ziploc ones.
I have had similar problems with spacebags but returned them for new ones when I discovered they leaked.
Thanks for the info, I had been looking at these, now I am not so sure I want to get them.
Thanks for the warning, sometimes we really feel frustrated when we buy products that does not work out as claimed.
Unbelievable-Sounds like most everyone had the same problem! Thank you for letting us know. Someone should take this up with the company as well!
I have had these leak after a short time also. They would be great, if they could figure out how to keep them from leaking.
What a bummer these didn't work for you. I admit, the infomercial has almost gotten me a few times, but I'm the type that would put something in one of those bags and forget about if for years, lol - out of sight, out of mind ;).
You can accomplish the same thing using trash bags and a vacuum. I've done it with blankets and pillows and they've held since last winter.
