Where Have You Been? By poshpost on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

For several years since I first had my period, I had been using Modess Maxi-Pads. I like the brand but I had to endure the thickness even if my menstruation does not come in flow but rather in trickles.

When I started working, I got to visit the grocery store alone and then I realized that there are several brands in the market and even Modess has variants. Imagine that.

But because I trust Modess, I tried their Things with Wings. The pack is more expensive than the Maxi-Pads, but heck, if I am more comfortable why not for a few extra cents.

And so I bought one pack and tried it the next time my period came (which comes few and far between). Oh my goodness! I absolutely love this pad!

It is thin, so it doesn't show on my pants. It doesn't feel bulky so it is comfortable. And since it is thin, it is also light. And what I like most is its cover. When it absorbs the flow, it lets the fluid stay inside the pad. The cover is just like a sieve. So whatever liquid is trapped in the pad, it does not continually rub on my skin.

I absolutely love this and I am like "Where have you been all my life? "
