Whip It - Whip it Good!
By vsimeone onI'm at home today and decided to bake Easter bread.I got out my Kichen Aid mixer that I just got for Christmas.Today is only the second time I've used it as I am not a very frequent cook or baker. The first time was to mix a boxed cake mix.I usually make Easter bread by hand because the old mixer that I used to have could not handle the dough. The motor would grind and smoke every time the dough started forming a ball and it just wasn't worth the hassle to clean it up afterwards.I was a bit nervous but I put the dough hook on the Kitchen Aid and started pouring in the flour.I had to go back and forth on the speed a bit because the flour was flying everywhere.Did I mention that I am not a very good cook? But the dough formed a perfect ball and the motor didn't grind or smoke one bit!Perhaps, knowing how powerful this mixer is, it will inspire me to cook and bake more often!

My mom loves her Kitchen Aid Mixer. uses it all the time!
I love your title, it really drew me in. I would be lost without my kitchen aid, my old one died and I just got a new one.
This Sounds Like A Great Mixer! And You Made Me Laugh Thinking About Flour Flying Everywhere! Thanks For Sharing!
I've heard only great things about Ktichenaid... guess you get what you pay for!
Devo would love this ! Great twist on the dough, lol. :)
I really, really want a kitchen aid mixer someday. I keep waiting for them to come a bit down in the price though.
My husband had a kitchenaide mixer when we met. I tell him thats one of the reasons I married him.
We have had one of these for about 15 years and it still works.
