We purchased this dryer as an "open box" item from Best Buy. Just before the birth of our first child, we upgraded our washer and dryer and this was an excellent choice! We have a front loader which has a huge capacity for large loads of clothes. Considering how many loads of laundry we do per week (usually 6-8), this dryer gets a lot of use. My only complaint is that the door opens right which in our laundry room means that it opens toward the washer so I am forced to reach over the dryer door to load the clothes from the washer. There is no way to reverse this or change the position of the appliances, so it's a relatively irritating inconvenience.

The dryer is extremely effective however. It dries large loads of jeans and towels in a relatively short time period. We have seen no difference in our electric bill, however.
