Whispering Pines Bed breakfast

The Whispering pine bed & breakfast is located in beautiful highland New York. The bed & Breakfast is located dep in the woods on 44 acres or so of private property. My hubby and I were looking for q quiet, private and relaxing weekend getaway and we found it at Wispering Pines. The accomadations were clean and comfy. Our room had a private bath and views of the woods. WHat I like was that the owners were around somewhere but mostly we had the placed to ourselves/ There is a beautiful great room stocked with movies to watch on your in room VCR if you choose. There is also plenty of CD's if you want to listen to music. It was so relaxing by the fireplace as I sipped the provided coffee or tea and sweets while hubby took a little nap before dinner. The hosts leave plenty of brosures around and notes with helpful suggestions for dining or recreation during your stay. They helped us find nearby horseback riding and a quaint little resturant where the food was amazing. At night before bed we relaxed in their jacuzzi facing the woods. The foliage was devine and the stay ever so relaxing. I also forgot to mention the serve a very nice breakfast in the morning and they have the 2 cutest and most friendliest doggies ever.Book early especially during sep and Oct.
