White Rain Ocean Mist Body Wash

I bought a value size (24 fl.oz.) bottle of White Rain Ocean Mist body wash when I saw that in addition to being very inexpensive it was also well-formulated - enriched with Vitamins E complex, provitamin B5, sea salts, algae and kelp extracts. This sounded good, so I decided to give it a try.

The body wash is ocean green in color, suiting the name very well. The consistency is not very thick,just like any regular body wash or shower gel. The convenient flip-top lid allows to squeeze out a small amount, and you only need a small amount because it lathers very well. In fact, this body wash foams so well that I even use it for bubble bath. The scent is much more intense when you sniff the bottle; when I began to use this body wash, I was a little disappointed by the weak the fragrance actually was and how little it lasted. Of course, Ocean Mist is not supposed to be heavy scented, so I guess I am just being picky here.

The body wash is gentle on the skin and it leaves it clean and refreshed, but I have not noticed the promised moisturizing effect. I cannot say that it makes the skin dry; I would rather describe it as seeing no difference before and after bathing, while other products I've used make the skin smoother and softer.

Bottom line: good but not great; not sure whether I will buy it again.
