White Wings Moist Chococlate Cake

It was dark moist cake and came out well after baking for 40 min at 220*C.Just the center of the cake was notthat solid and I dusted the cake with some fresh cocoa powder. It was a rich chocolate that I liked. My husband too liked the cake but it was less sweet.Perfect for diabetics as it contained very less sugar. The dominant taste was that of chocolate.
Followed theinstructions on the cake to bake. Just added 2 eggs and 20gm of butter. To give it a additional flavor, we added orangerind and some chopped nuts. The rind s gave itanice smell and flavor.
Preparing the batter for cake took just 8 minand we baked it. The cake was smooth and fluffy. Even my son ate a few slices as chocolatecake is his favorite cake. No artificial colors added and this was the second time we bought this cake mix. First time we made it into cup cakes and that too came out well. If you are looking ahead to bake a cake of your own in a jiffy, I suggest that you try this brand of cake mix.
