My husband bought me the Kodak Digital Camera a year ago this past Christmas. This is the first digital camera I have had or at that ever used.

I love this camera, being a beginner to the digital camera world this camera was so easy to get used to and use, to me this camera has a lot of features, but since I'm not a photographer this may be just average features.

The kodak C743 is a great size fits nice in your hand, small enough to put in your purse or pocket, it has a 2.5" display screen, Picture enhancing features, 7.1MP, 3x optical zoom.

The internal memory of this camera I find is extremely small, My husband had bought me a 2GB card to go with it, so now I can take near 2000 pictures.

The things I like the best about this camera is you know before you take the picture if it will be good quality, all you do is lightly push the button like you were going to take the picture and a little hand will appear on the screen, if the hand is red you not in focus or there is not enough light or you need to change you scene setting, if the hand is yellow is a little better, and if the hand is green it's perfect.

I also love the different setting, there are setting for fireworks, children, party, beach, snow, self portrait, back light, night portrait, sports, close up, landscape, and of course auto. This camera will also shoot video's I haven't yet tried this feature.

I only have one complaint about the camera at that is the batteries just don't seem to last, I have tried regular AA, Energizers, and now I'm using the Kodak digital camera batteries, these do last a little longer.

I'm very please with my Kodak camera, and I think anyone who is new to the digital camera world would find this a nice easy camera to work with.
