Who Needs A Multivitamin? By cukal6 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I have never been a fan of pills of any kind, especially multi-vitamins. Every time I would see my parents take one I would just laugh. After all, if you eat right you don't need a pill to give you all of your vitamins...do you?

That all changed 2 months ago when I started tracking everything I eat and what vitamins that food contained. I was shocked. I wasn't getting nearly enough of what I should be getting. So, I broke down and bought the Kroger generic vitamins. They were buy one get one free and I wasn't about to spend $8/bottle on the name brand when I still wasn't convinced they worked.

It took about two weeks but I started to see a real difference in myself. I had more energy, less headaches, and an overall better attitude. My husband even mentioned how much happier I seemed.

I am no a believer in the multi-vitamin, and in the fact that it doesn't have to be a name brand. I will stick with my Kroger ONe Daily.
