The Wii is definently for me. Why did I buy a Wii in the first place? Well, I decided to get my family involved after seeing Wii Sports, as well as the low price of $250. To save even more money, I bought it on Ebay for $300 which included Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, Resident Evil 4, and Wii Sports. After playing Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, the flexibility and control of the wiimote was amazing. It was surprising to find sound even coming from the wiimote. Inside the Wii, there are also many wii channels such as the Photo Channel, Internet Channel (where you can surf the internet via. Opera), and many more, including the Wii Shop. The Wii Shop includes the option to buy Virtual Console games. These VC games are downloaded onto your wii after you buy them. All in all, the Wii is a great console, and even though it doesn't have that many great games out yet, it is definently a keeper for the family (when you're playing games such as Wii Sports), and for the price its set at, $250.

The Wii is another great product from Nintendo, but it would be nice if there weren't so many extras to buy. (Not just with the Wii, but all the new stations.)
I love my Wii. I got it a charging base that also doubles as the base for the main unit, and it glows. That's the extent of the extras I got for it. I'm just waiting for a new Animal Crossing game to come out =D
My family loves our Wii also! Our favorites are Mario Kart and Guitar Hero 3. Thanks for sharing your experiences!
I'm sure that in time that they will offer many more games to play on this console!! I would love to try out Guitar Hero!
We love our WII. It's actually gives us excercise and there is a game out there for every member of the family to play no matter how big, small, young or old you are.
