I will have to admit when I first heard about this video game I was NOT impressed. I thought that a video game that helped you lose weight and exercise was insane. Also, the thought of yoga being fun was beyond me. Video games are supposed to be entertaining. This one is by far one of the best games out on the market.
I am impressed with the intelligence of this video game. After registering my name, birthday and height it weighed me on the balance board. It can hold a 330lb. Person. It let me set my own personal fitness goals, which if you are not happy with you can change them at any time.
The fitness activities on this video game are a lot of fun. My husband and I love to do the Hula Hoop. I definitely can tell it is working because after the first time I played it I was sore for a couple of days later! You can also track your progress throughout the days. It really helps you our a lot on your balance.
One of the funniest parts about the game is watching my clumsy husband try to do some of the yoga poses, it always puts a smile on my face. If you have a Nintendo Wii this is one game that you do not want to miss. There is a ton of fun activities, and you get to exercise in the process of having fun.

Wii Fit really sounds like a great idea. I really like how Nintendo has let the Wii go in this new and interesting way... It certainly is different and that is a good thing.
I love the Wii fit!!! You gotta love anything that makes you have fun while exercising.
This is what I want. I am pretty sure one of my kids is going to get a wii for christmas, then I am getting this.
