I go to a gym I workout I use weights and I use a treadmill all in attempts to get healthier and work towards my lapband surgery in the future. Gee but there is one problem the gym is closed on weekends and holidays seeing its a physical therapy gym at a local hospital nice too cause the membership is cheaper 25 bucks per month. I enjoy going meeting people working with a therapist. So there for the wii fit is like adding hot pepper flakes to spaghetti. In others words pepping up my exercise adding spice, variety to what I normally do . I prefer the gym oddly enough but I also love the wii fit for when I can't go to the gym or at home and wanna do some extra things. Its fun the balance board is aka a high tech digital scale great too is cause I am watching my BMI index so when it reaches under a certain level my surgeon will be ready for the band I was going to get the bypass but got scared to much cutting and scary stuff involved. However wii fit stuff is fun keeps me motivated along with wii sports its makes the exercise more fun and keeps me interested in it so I am not doing the same things all the time . The balance board is nice to have for future games coming out. As well as it being a HIGH TECH bathroom scale so to speak yeah it will tell you your bmi index find a bathroom scale that does that well maybe some already do. IT teaches balance, posture which over time I have lost 60-70 lbs in about 3 years as a goal to work towards reducing my need for alotta meds i am on and cure a few illnesses if not get better control over them. sometimes you have balance problems and my pt therapist is workign on me with that its handy to now have this balance board with my rehabilitation and recovery period. You do need to be below 300 lbs which you can tell i am I have one of these otherwise I wouldnt' of gotten it. I used to be over 300 years ago 326 but i have lost alot since then and working towards disease cure not to get into a bikini and impress guys and i consider the wii fit a helper in this goal to change my lifestyle and live longer .So if i had to pay more on EBAY for ONE it was worth it to me SO 127 was only bout 30 bucks more then they're worth at a local retailer but they're hard to find i wanted one real bad so to me it was worth it going to a auction site online to get one .I recommend it to others like me looking to feel better live longer. however i wish they would make these for the larger people too as i know i would of wanted one bout 3 years ago when i started out cause i love video games so this kind of helps me out . it be good for others too at helping to rehab . the yoga is good it helps relax the balance games are just plain fun . the aerobics haha hula hoop who doesn't like that. and the strength training well lets just say good thing they include a trainer too to help you. plus you can padlock your info /with a password to keep it from people getting into it over all wii fit is a GREAT IDEA. now make a wii treadmill lol and we'll all be set all though i do use one at a gym imagine a wii treadmill how much fun that would be if they will in the future make one that be cool.
