I waited until my oldest child was 7 before buying a Wii, thinking that any earlier would have been a waste. However, I was wrong!! I have three boys, ages 7, 3, and 2, and all 3 of them can play the games offered on the Wii system. The most popular with the younger two is the boxing game included on the Wii Sports disk. To play, you simply hold the Wii remote in one hand and the nunchuck in the other. Then you punch away! PERFECT for active little boys!! The Wii helped us make it through the long hot summer days when we were all at home but couldn't get outside. My kids adore the Wii, and I'm so glad I didn't wait any longer to buy one. Since buying it I have bought several other games, some geared more towards older kids, and I have been thoroughly pleased.
