Wii Only One Model Review By BrendanL on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

The Nintendo Wii is a video game console with a unique controller. It comes with a sensor bar and the controller is remote-ish with a nunchuk attached to it. You swing around the remote in a certain way, the sensor bar picks it up and what you did with the Wii remote (also known as Wii mote for short) will somewhat represent something within game such as swinging a tennis racket (Tennis is a game you can play in Wii Sports which comes with every Wii for free). Although the controller is unique, the Wii doesn't offer a great selection of games. I'm not saying there aren't great games for it (example : Super Mario Galaxy, Mario Kart Wii, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Metroid, Wii Sports, The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess etc...), but most of the games out for the Wii are not the greatest (Horsez 2, cheap poker games etc...). Also, the hardware specs of the console aren't that great. It's more like a re-packaged Gamecube with an expensive price. But aside from the lack of quality games or the hardware specs, it's still a console which will be a blast to have.
