Wii Sports
By Shawn onAddiction to anything generally isnt something to be smiled upon, but on the other hand, being addicted to Wii Sports for the Nintendo Wii could actually get you into some semblance of shape. Nintendos latest console was designed to get gamers out of their seat and become more interactive and theres no game that does it better than Wii sports. Consider this: whens the last time Final Fantasy or Halo had you work up a sweat?
Wii Sports consists of five sports (Tennis, Baseball, Golf, Boxing and Bowling) which involve you to get up out of your seat and simulate the actions that you would normally perform in each sport.Granted, there isnt much moving around with your legs, but youll probably find yourself simulating that as well. Each of the games can be played by more than one person, so its a great party game or something to entertain a group of kids.
Best of all, the game includes a Fitness Test which tells you your fitness age. While it may seem trivial at first, its easy to get involved in getting your fitness age as low as possible.
