Willow Tree Figurines By Sarahlovesmickey on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

My husband started this collection of Willow Tree figurines for me several years ago. He gets me a couple every year and I have them displayed on a shelf in my living room. This is by far my most favorite collection. You can find a figurine for just about any occasion. One of my favorite ones is a woman figurine that is pregnant. My husband gets figurines based on what has happened in our life that year. For example, he has one where a woman figure is with her young son. These figurines just say so much. Even though they do not have faces with expressions, you can tell what feeling they are trying to show. I also have a few Willow Tree ornaments which are equally nice. These are quality, hand carved figurines and they are not outrageously priced either.

Nice to have collections that mean something. (Downside is that it's hard to break them up when you need to down size).

I had never really noticed these until a friend of mine received one. Now, I look at them everytime I go into a Hallmark store!

I really love these figurines and would like to start collecting them, but have no room. They are very reasonably priced, and as you said, there is one for almost every occasion. They're an awesome gift to give as well.

I have a two of these figurines. My best friend gave me one (Heart and Soul) when I moved away and my new mother-in-law gave me one (With Affection) for Christmas. They carry a lot of meaning fo me. They make nice andn meaningful gifts and don't break your wallet either.

My mom received a lot of these when she was diagnosed with Cancer. They are beautiful little figures.
