Windows Live Writer is popular offline blogging software. This software is developed by Microsoft. Windows Live Writer is very good software. It supports almost every blogging platform such as wordpress, blogger etc. If you don't have blog then you can create your own blog at Windows Live spaces. It supports major styles and formatting.
