I purchased the Winsor Pilates Circle workout from the infomercial. The commercial showed celebrities along with regular people who use the product and looked fit. The Winsor circle seemed to be a different product and the program looked interesting. I received my package which included the winsor circle, A dvd which contained 3 workouts and information about Mari Winsor, and an eating guide or meal planner. The meal planner was very good because it had many suggestions on what you could eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. The guide also had other pilates moves and recipes you could make at home. I did the 20 minute workout and I did feel as though my body was becoming longer but not stronger. I do not feel she gave enough instruction on how to hold in your stomach and breathe at the same time. I think I need more instruction on the correct way to breathe while doing the exercises. I also did the 10 minute workout which is up off the floor. Also a good workout but again the breathing. I enjoyed the program but it just was not the right fit for me.
