Wireless Keyboard And Mouse By oblueyeso on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I purchased this keyboard and mouse combo when it first came out. I have always been a big fan of Logitech and purchase their products often. This keyboard replaced another Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse.

Overall the MX 3000 does exactly what they say it will do. It's wireless, there are many buttons at the top that are assigned to things like your email, my documents, digital media library. You can also customize these buttons to pull up certain programs that you may use frequently. I prefer one music player in lieu of another and I am able to program the keyboard to bring it up in one push of a button.

The laser mouse has good precision and is easy to use. There are features on it that were not on my other mouse like the back and forward buttons. I find that I really love this feature. It makes browsing so much easier. There is also a zoom.

The only drawbacks, or things that I do not like are that the keyboard is extremely heavy, and the scroll wheel in the middle of the mouse has never ever worked if you do more than roll it to move up and down. You should be able to push it down and also move from side to side. It locks up the web-page I am browsing and moves around super fast and I can't get it to let go of the page.
