Earlier this year I treated myself to a new set of golf club irons for my birthday. I had been using the same pair since I was in high school, going on eight years, so I figured it was time for a new set. I ended up deciding on the Women's Nike Slingshot Irons. I went to the golf range and tried out a wide variety of clubs and I felt that these hit the best for me, adding on about 20-30 yards to my shots. Not to mention that these clubs were actually long enough for me, as my old set were so short I was like the hunchback when I tried to hit them!

The slingshots are very easy to hit from the first swing and are very forgiving. I noticed that my shots went a lot straighter and definitely a lot farther after switching to these irons. The feeling you have after the iron strikes the ball is great too. It feels nice and solid, but also soft at the same time. These irons have improved my game tremendously and I love actually not having a fear out of pulling an iron out of my bag knowing I won't be able to hit it like I used to.

While this set of irons is a bit pricey, I did not mind spending the money. These clubs are backed by a well known brand, Nike, and they are also very well made. I definitely am looking at them as an investment purchase and well worth the money. So if you are looking for a new set of golf irons, go ahead and give the Nike Slingshots a test drive; you won't know how great they are until you try them!
