this is a great mechine and it was a good choice for me to buy this . i need this a hwhole lot and it was very cool to use this michine and the other thing is that the next thing is that it was not expensive it wAS CHEAPER THEN I THOUGHT an d it tones yuor abs and your goltouse maxumess and it also tones abs legs thighs and even more. but most people would think its not that good of mechine or they do't havbe the room for it well it is a great mechine and it foldable .and the other things about it are that you can live in a apartment and still get it. the next thing about it i don't like it . i love a whole bunch. i think its i eaisy than the dumbbells. not realer nothing is betterthan thatand it is reall a great mehinne and i think you should got out and buy it .and it does take a lot of stuff to learn ehow to use it.Another thing about the bowflex is that it is a great and fast mechine . the best part bis that any age above thirtteen and even old people can use it.it is a great mechine.I just love it
