Being a dark complected African American woman, it is hard to find the perfect "nude" shade in anything for me but I have found it in the shade Pachinko Pale. I own about 30 Essie nail polishes but this is the one that once I finish the bottle, I buy more of this shade because I wear this daily. I constantly get compliments when I wear this shade because it makes your nails look "clean" & elongates your fingers. People have also asked if my nails are mine because it looks like I paid to have my nails done (I don't-I do them myself).

Essie's polishes last a long time without chipping-I can go for about seven days without having to retouch my nails. I can also get away with putting on just one coat but to ensure that the manicure will last a long time, I choose to paint on two coats.
