I bought this workout dvd on recommendation from a co-worker and I am very glad I did. The Biggest Loser Cardio Workout DVD is great especially for myself as a beginner!
You get to choose your own workout plan as the dvd features three levels of cardio workouts.
Warm Up
Level 1- Bob is the instructer and you get a 20 minutes bootcamp that works all of your body!
Level 2- Jillian is the trainer with 10 minutes of supercardio drill workout.
Level 3- Kim is the trainer with 20 minutes of kick boxing cardio
Cool Down
What I like about this dvd is that the actual Biggest Loser is the actual contestants are the people you are working out with. Yes they use real people! I also like that you can choose which level you want and how many levels you want to do at that time.

I don't have this one, but I have the second video that Biggest Loser put out. I really like it. It is really good for all workout levels. I highly recommend the Biggest Loser Workout for anyone trying to lose weight or tone up.
Who would have believed at the beginning that such a TV show would turn out to be such a winner for so many people? Glad to hear that the videos are helping even more people. Way to go!

Sounds like a video that inspires you to get moving! I know the show is a huge success and helps tons of people, I didn't know they had a video though. Thats great!

This is a great show and coming out with a workout video was great. This show seems to inspire people and show them that anyone can lose weight and get healthy.
Never know that they make this video, I only know I adore Bob so much! ^^
I watch TBL all the time. I need to watch this video for motivation to tone up
