Wow I'm warm!!! Great Heater!
By mickeem onThis heater was purchased for my office. I tend to like it warm, and my office has a huge window (which has a nice draft), and of course, winter in upstate NY tends to be cold.
This little heater does just the thing I need, keeps my office warm. It has an adjustable thermostat, so you can set it for 70 and it will get there, and shut off. This also swivels. You can turn that feature on or off, but it turns almost 180 back and forth, so it's not just blowing out hot air in one direction, nice for filling up a room. And, this is quiet. I can have it on, and you can still have a conversation with someone.
This has tip over fault... Meaning, if its not sitting flat on the floor, or gets tipped over, it shuts off.
It's quiet, and compact and perfect for a small area. I did, howerver take this home one weekend, and use it in my basement, which is chilly in the winter, and it also kept the basement warm for a weekend while we were doing some updates in the basement.
I actually am still running it today, since the office insists on having the air conditioning on all year..

Oh I need this. I have the same problem and my vent sits right under my desk. Thanks for the information.
Sounds like a wonderful space heater with good safety features as well. Excellent information!
We need a small heater for our daughter's room. Our house is poorly insulated so her room gets really chilly on the few nights it gets cold here.
I need a small heater for my craft room, thanksfor the info on this one. I want one that has a tip feature so if mycat were to knock it over it would go off.
This sounds great! My basement is always icy, and I tend to keep my thermostat low since heat here (like water...) costs an arm and a leg. I might have to get one of these; I've been looking at small portable heaters that I can move to whatever room I happen to be staying for more than a minute in. I like that shut-off-if-it-tips feature too; that's much safer than not having it! Nice work!
I would love to have one of these at work, but we are forbidden from having them! And the office is like an Antartic winter year round. Maybe I could sneak it in with my lunch box!
This sounds and looks like a nice little heater, and a great price, thanks for sharing.
I have 2 Honeywell heaters I use to keep the draft out of certain rooms before full blown heat is required in the winter. They work great and you don't really notice a change in the electric bill either which is always nice. This one looks very nice and a great price on it is well. Well done!
I love the look of your heater & I like the fact that the heater does shut off when it is tipped over!
Love these features :adjustable thermostat, swivels, and most important of all .....quiet. Glad that ypu have found such wonderful heater and shared with us.
