Wrist Weights

I purchased Valeo Fitness Gear 2lb wrist weights because I was looking for something to enhance my workouts. I currently do Turbo Jam as well as the Aerobic exercise on Wii Fit. I wanted to begin to get a better workout by adding weights. I saw these weights while shopping in Winners on day and at $7.99 (original price was $13.00), I couldn't pass them up!

First of all the weights are 2lbs in total, so 1lb for each wrist. They are made of black neoprene material that is very soft and comfortable to wear for even a 1 hr cardio/aerobic workout. Both wrist weights have VALEO on them in large white block lettering. To use them you simply slide them over your hands and onto your wrists.

The con I have is that the weights do move around while exercising. I find that I am repositioning them so that the weight is distributed evenly very often during my workout. Other than that, these are a great addition to my Turbo Jam and Wii Fit Rhythm Boxing, Strength Training and Running workouts!
