Write And Learn Smartboard By Jill Freeman on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

My 3 year old son received the Vtech Write and Learn Smartboard for his birthday and really likes it. You can use the Smartboard for many different learning porposes. It has eight different categories of learning from writing numbers and letters to hidden letters and more. The are a few games with the Smartboard that my son likes the best and prefers to play them most of the time. I notice he gets a little frustrated at times because he will try to draw the letter the Smartboard asks him to and it does not register it. Most young kids can't draw their letters perfectly yet and the Smartboard really doesn't have any leeway for it. My husband and I both tried and there were instances when we would draw a letter and the Smartboard would not recognize it. So that is really the only drawback of the system. Otherwise I rally like letting him play with this educational toy.
