These knives are excellent! My husband is an Executive Chef and we bought a set for him to use at work. They handle great and are easy to sharpen and maintain. They are perfect for any kitchen and such a great investment. They are are great price points for the kitchen at home or for the professional. They are easy to use and make any knife work easy. They are durable and high quality knives. They have all kinds of different knives for different levels of skill. I love they they have a wide variety of different knives as the style. We would recommend these to everyone and they have all price points for each home and a good set of knives is so important even for the casual cook.
